Cancellation and
Participation Terms
1. Registration and Conclusion of Contract
Booking a seminar place is completed via online ticket purchase. The seminar place is bindingly reserved once full payment has been received.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to info@praxis-des-lichts.net. The relevant date is the date the cancellation notice is received.
The following cancellation terms apply:

Up to 28 days before the start of the seminar: free of charge

27 to 14 days before the start of the seminar: 50% of the seminar fee

From 13 days before the start of the seminar and in case of non-attendance: 100% of the seminar fee
Any amounts already paid will be refunded in accordance with the applicable cancellation fee.
3. Substitute Participant
It is possible to nominate a substitute participant.
Requirements:

The substitute participant must meet all participation requirements (e.g., required Reiki level).

The nomination must be submitted in due time before the seminar begins by email.
The transfer of the ticket requires the approval of Praxis des Lichts.
If the transfer is successfully completed, cancellation fees will not apply.
4. Cancellation by Praxis des Lichts
If a seminar must be cancelled for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure), any seminar fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded unless there is gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Online Booking
The booking of a seminar place constitutes a service related to leisure activities with a specific date. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
